I have been having issues with direct playback of TV recordings, especially recording ABC. The playback starts fine and after a while it starts to glitch and then the video and sound is totally off for the remainder of the playback.
I have two HDHomeRun Quattro’s and have upgraded my server over the Summer with an 8th Gen i7 machine with 32 GB memory and a Samsung 2TB nvme SSD, so I believe the hardware is good for recording and direct play. I went out of my way to ensure my TV antenna was good, I installed an iOS app called Signal GH which shows all my channels are receiving 100% quality and strength.
But still I am receiving issues with playback, but not all playback… mainly ABC.
I have never captured a log before so I followed instructions and played “Emergence” while the logs were enabled (not verbose). I waited for the issue to occur and stopped the recording and logs. Hope the logs are good to use.
