I have a problem with naming One Piece episodes. From episode 400 onwards, the episodes are no longer given the correct title. The episodes are neatly named with filebot and I have already tried several agents. I don’t really know what to do anymore. I hope you can help me.
It looks like starting with that episode your files are mp4’s so it is likely using the title field in the embedded metadata of the files.
if using the old legacy agents disable Local Media Assets in agent settings. and refresh metadata (this will stop external subtitles from being loaded though)
If using the new Plex Tv Series agent in that libraries settings uncheck Prefer local metadata then refresh metadata
