One specific channel (group) can't be tuned

Guide/Lineup name: I don’t know
Using XMLTV?: I don’t know
Channel number/Name: 14.x (4 total channels)

All of these channels show two versions, a DT and a CD. I have tried both versions. All other channels tune fine. I show a strong signal, I know it’s a local channel.
