One television series not playing audio on PS4

Hey guys,

I’m streaming Twilight Zone from a windows PC to my Playstation 4, but the audio isnt coming across. It works when I play through plex on the computer. While playing the episodes, the settings state the audio is Unknown (MP3 mono)
It’s the first time this has happened and I’ve been using plex for about a year now.

Anyway I can fix this?

I see the same thing but with an older movie of that time. it is an mkv file but the sound is mono.
