Observation:
Plex will only record one minute of a show, and then stop.
Otherwise it will record the entire episode. Nothing in between.
Error shown at the point it fails:

Edit: In this particular case, it appears to have recorded the remaining portion of the episode in a separate file. Often, it is just missing.
