Open MediaVault Plex Web Client cannot see server after ISP change

I have had PMS running on OpenMediaVault for over a year without problem. Then I changed ISP and now the plex web client is unable to see the server, message “looking for server”. I can access all my media on my LG smart TV but only after I changed the IP address in the LC web app settings.

I am quite sure that the problem is to do with the OMV server IP address changing but I cannot find a way to tell the OMV plex web client what the new IP address is.

If I browse to http://my.domain.com:32400/web I get the message “looking for server”. Then going to settings-devices-server shows my server, including “24 days ago”, when I changed ISP. There are no settings that I can change as there were in the LG TV web app.

I would welcome suggestions.

Hey, did you ever figure this out? I am current;y dealing with a very similar issue.
I can actually see my server at x.x.x.x:32400/web/index.html#, but trying via OMV just errors out. I think it is because I recently changed my network over from the 10.0.0.1 to 192.168.0.1.
