Openconnect vs openplex

Hi guys,

 

I just reading about those two apps and I'm not sure I understand. It seems both are doing the exact same thing. Am I right ?

 

Why having two apps doing the same thing (and seems to be developed by the same person) ?

 

I'm kind of lost.

Openconnect is not being developed anymore. I design the code for OpenPlex to function. Cyberghost84 designed the GUI for OpenPlex.
