OpenPHT will not play the files from Plex Cloud - log attached.
After messing around with OpenPHT and Plex Cliud, now currently, OpenPHT will only display content from Plex Cloud, it will not show content from my local server. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed OpenPHT to no avail.
OpenPHT will not play videocontent (have not yet been able to test audio) from Plex Cloud. Error: Unable to Play Media / Please check that this file exists and the necessary drive is mounted
This, as far as I have tested, only occurs on a machine that has Plex Media Server installed. A machine without plex media server plays the content as normal.
*edit: So someone in the plex fora asked me if it also occured with the plex server not running. And it did. Same error. So as far as I can tell; as long as plex server is installed on the machine, plex openpht will not play cloudvideocontent. (music will follow later )
Install/Open OpenPHT on a machine with a plex server installed and try to play a media file
OpenPHT: [1.6.2.123-e23a7eeef, black skin, Windows 10 x64 (latest stable)] PMS: [1.1.4.2757, Windows 10 x64 (latest stable)]

Disabling searching remote servers does nothing.
yes it does, it controls whether ‘search results’ are coming from remote servers + local servers or just local servers
How do you disable Plex Cloud from showing as a library?
There’s not an option for that at this time. OpenPHT has always shown all the servers and libraries you have access to.
That sucks.
Is this personal preference or are you in a situation that requires you to hide the cloud?
The Cloud and local server has the same content. All the other apps have an option to chose the server. I am surprised openPHT does not. I would use PMP but it has some bugs.

Other clients are mostly PMP based and it focuses on one server at a time. OpenPHT has always aggregated the sources into a single menu and search. If you want it gone, you can always create another plex account and share the content you want shown there. But the way it is right now, it’s your accounts server so it cannot be hidden by the shared server options.
