OpenPHT stops playing or jumps forward

Running OpenPHT 1.5.2 now for a week but got strange issues.
In the middle watching a serie i see in the left upper corner a time indicator popping up and disappears, then after some minutes it jumps a couple of chapters forward.

Or it stops automatically playing the serie.

Setup Mac mini, Flickr + harmony one remote

Not normal, check your installation, would suggest you completely uninstall and reinstall from scratch.

Seems like i found the issue, USB extension cable with Flirc remote was the issue.
Removing the cable and put the Flirc direct into the Mac mini solved the problem.
