OpenPHT with HDHomeRun Connect??

Anybody have any luck getting HDHomeRun working with OpenPHT ???

Ive added the channel, but it doesn’t seem to work. Maybe I am missing something??

I have only tried the HDGrandSlam channel, it works in OpenPHT for LiveTV

I use it all the time. Should be pretty seamless if you have the settings entered correctly. There ms a couple different homerun apps, I use hdviewer

Where do you find the different HDHomeRun channels? or HdViewer ?

The HD Viewer that is installed is a Beta Version??
I installed it, but doesn’t seem to want to work with OpenPHT. Have to take a better look at things later this week…

its pretty vague, can you be specific? is there any error? what is happening exactly? are you sure the channel is setup correctly ie it works in other programs, such as plexweb, pmp etc

Not sure what your bumping?
HDviewer v2 isn’t in beta, it’s a plugin. HD Grandslam also works well on OPHT, it’s just a matter of personal preference (different interface but accomplish the same thing).

I spent a bit of time on it over the weekend and got it working perfectly.

nice! they both work pretty good and don’t require a lot. just put in the HDHR IP and you’re set. HD viewer requires you list your fav channels in the settings (separated by a space) but that’s about it.
I’m looking forward to live tv being a menu option, setting up a real EPG etc.
