Opensubtitles.org not working anymore after delete sub-zero folder

i installed sub-zero agent and after that
opensubtitles agent not working

so i deleted sub-zero.bundle folder and it dissapeared from agent on settings in plex web app.
but still opensubtitles doesn’t work…

when i refresh metadata rescan library files and search for subtitles
it shows nothing…

i did everything…delete cache folder…restart plex

please what should i do more ??

(i paid 130 USD for plex pass and but plex is so complicating)

Open Subtitles folks changed their API.
We are working on updating on our side now.

I don’t have any progress to report other than “we are working on it”.
