Optimized version of existing files that were not properly matched

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2935
Player Version#: 4.30.2

I have just completed optimizing my movies for use with a separate Raspberry Pi server and everything went great. I noticed when scrolling through the movies that one movie had 3 files rather than 2. I looked at the files and it was matching to files as the same movie due to one of them being named poorly. I fixed the name of the file, got it matched properly, but the optimization task saw the file name change and started creating an optimized version of that new file name, but with the old matching movie name as the file name for the optimized version. Hopefully that makes sense…

Anyway, the issue at hand is that it now thinks it has an optimized version of both shows, when in fact it doesn’t have either. I have deleted the optimized files and emptied the trash in the library so now it knows there is only one file for each movie, which is the original, but I can’t figure out how to get it to create a new optimized version of each movie. Even if I try to create an optimized version of the individual movies it doesn’t do anything at all. I believe that is because it thinks it already has an optimized version, per the DB, even though the files don’t exist.

So, the question is, how do I get these last two movies to forget that they had an optimized version an force it to create another one? The optimized version job was created at the library level and has just over 400 movies in it, so I don’t want to redo the entire thing if at all possible. It took a few days to complete the first time around.

Thanks for any ideas or tips you can provide and thanks to the devs for all the hard work on this product!

Another similar issue now as well. I had a movie that didn’t have subtitles and needed them. So I crated a new file with the subtitles present and need the optimized version to be recreated for that file so the optimized one has the subtitles also.
Anyone know how to make this happen for these 3 movies I need to recreate it on? Perhaps this is a feature request? If anyone from Plex can confirm or deny it would be much appreciated.
