I have an automatic optimized versions transcode setup on my 4k libraries to make Optimized for TV 1080p versions. This used to work flawlessly, but as of late they almost always fail, and not immediately, usually after the progress is at 20% or more, sometimes much more, but always fails in the end. Anyone have this issue and figured it out?
