IMDB and TVDB are all well and good, but I happen to be a fan of TVMDB. I have seen this in action on panels, and was very impressed with its ability to quickly grab metadata, both for movies, and for TV shows. I think having the ability to add this would be good and help with metadata errors.
I would like to see this with an option to add our own APIs to it, and be able to integrate it into our existing agents or maybe add it as a metadata agent option in plugins
