The official format support page here says that the official supported music types are
aac
alac
e-ac3
flac
mp3
m4a
wav
PlexAmp / Plex often transcodes flac to OPUS 128. My question is, if we wanted to just store .opus files, those don’t seem to be supported.
What is the file extension that plex accepts for OPUS files if any. .ogg? .opus? .webm?
Thanks! Also can we update this page so it shows it if it exists so people setting up their libraries will know.
That article you quoted is for the xbox app and just list the types the xbox can play natively
These are the extensions that the Plex Music agent/scanner should be able to scan into a music library. which includes .ogg and .opus
