hi the only advantage of osmc to rasplex is that it opens local storage for showing movies but unfortunately rasplex lacks this feature so i was thinking is it possible for raspberry pi 2 to run dual os when i want to play usb drive i run osmc or other way i run rasplex because i dont want to change mys micro sd . tanx
You could try something like Berryboot… Or just google Raspberry pi dualboot… Rasplex will work with Berryboot.
Rasplex will not run with other OS’s unless using Berryboot.
If you just want to play from local files then install the Plex Black Edition skin from deadeyeflint (available for download in the Skins forum), this has a menu option to allow playing of local files (need to enable it in Skin settings).
This way you don’t need OSMC, just use Rasplex.
