Hi - I just moved to the Denver area, and I am seeing an issue with Plex Live TV playback on one of the local channels. Sometimes - and more frequently when closed captions are enabled - the video is “jumpy”, where the video will update about once a second or so. There will be periodic brief freezes, and then the video plays until the next brief freeze about a second later.
I can get the problem to clear up by disabling or enabling captions a few times. Eventually I can get captions enabled and the video playing smoothly by messing with the caption settings during the playback.
Does anybody know why this is happening?
