I’ve ordered an Ouya console because of its Plex support.
If I give the Ouya to my girlfriend, will she be able to play content from my homes PMS?
Will Plex on Ouya support myPlex?
Her laptop is very slow and so I don’t want to install the Plex media server on it.
At this time I open myPlex in her browser and use Plex/web to stream content from my home but using the Ouya interface with remote control would be much more comfortable of course…

I am myself using another Android set-top box while waiting for my own Ouya, and on that box (a Pivos 'Xios DS Media Play') I am running both the PlexPass and the normal Plex-for-Android clients. So PlexPass should not be required for using Plex on any decent Android device, though the PlexPass version is somewhat better on those devices that support it (all with recent Android versions).

That's good to know, but I think that the non-PlexPass version will also work well on the Ouya.
I have been unable to successfully stream from my PMS to the non-Plexpass version. App works and I can play my web channels, but context from my sever consistently errors out on latest version sideloaded on the ouya borrowed from my hp touchpad.
