Passout Protection Off Not Working

Turning passout protection off does not work. I discussed it in reddit and switched the auto play setting from immediate to 10 seconds and have sense attempted every other setting int he auto play but nothing works. It always stops playing. Whats the secret here? I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work.

I have a synology NAS running plex and I’m using the roku tv app. I have tried it on multiple devices as well…

Just to make sure, you are playing something with a play queue, correct? Like a series, collection, or playlist. When this issue happens can you grab your Roku logs and your PMS logs?
