Password protect settings, etc

I’m just using the local version of Plex (no Plex.tv account), but anytime someone views the web player (or knows the correct URL), they can access the entire Plex interface and change settings, etc. How do I restrict this? Thanks.

I think all the authorization features run through a plex.tv account.
You said a user playing some media has admin access.
