Pathetic support by Plex

It’s pathetic Plex offers no way to actually talk to a human being. I’ve searched these forums for hours looking for help with my connection issues and have found squat. Most definitely will NOT be renewing my Plex Pass based on this piss poor approach to support by Plex.

Best approach is to post a question with details of what your issue is.

But where? I’ve got the same remote access failure that so many others are having and have yet to see anyone find a way to fix the problem. And I’ve seen nothing from Plex on any of the threads I’ve read on how to fix this. Every other service provider out there provides a way to directly contact support. But not Plex. Very frustrating.

I understand the question is answered and most Plex users are helpful to point the direction. However, I think usability is a growing concern for ALL developing software. If the software design is too complex that the users get frustrated and go elsewhere then will whats the point?

I’m currently having an issue myself. nothing Ive tried has helped either. its not the same as yours so I’m not able to help. Good luck though.
