My account is “offline” i payed 4/4-19 for a 6 month period, but viewflow/plex havn’t activated my account
Plex as such is not providing any media. (Except the News clips and some Web Shows and Podcasts)
You apparently did pay someone money to give you access to their server.
This has nothing to do with Plex Inc.
And using Plex commercially this way violates the terms & conditions of Plex.
So very likely this “viewflow” guy had his account suspended, due to the violation.
Then What to do?
There is nothing you can do.
You were duped into buying illicit goods.
Install a server on your own computer and then install your media into a library on that server, or several libraries, and then use a client on your choice of devices to view your media.
As far as what do do about the money you paid to a thief: Report what happened to whatever police would have responsibility for the fraud perpetrated by “viewflow” and hope something can be done. If you paid by credit card I would initiate a charge back to get your money back. Many other payment methods also offer something similar to recover your funds. The future of your funds is now between you and “viewflow” and whatever company you used to pay through. Plex has no dog in that fight.
