My plex is not Working. I paid But i Can not see any movie

You’ll need to provide additional information.

If you mean your media on your own server: What version of Plex Media Server did you install, what platform, what happens when you try to access the server.

If you mean Plex Video on Demand (movies w/ commercials), it is only supported on certain clients. See the Overview article.

If you mean you paid for access to somebody else’s server, then you’re on your own. That violates Plex’s terms. You’ll have to contact the server owner for assistance.

  • what exactly did you pay for and to whom?
  • is this about not being able to access Plex in the first place or not being able to access certain media?
