Would you mind sharing some more details… your post is a bit vague as to the exact issue…
Is this about a newly installed server or one that you previously successfully connected to?
How are you trying to get on your server?
On what platform/OS are you running this server of yours?
No thats a server i have buy for so i could see his movies and now the server offline and I dont understand why it can be offline in 11 days now.
As was said in the other thread you opened, what the person you bought access to is doing is against Plex’s terms of service.
Plex has movies that are hosted by them that fall under the “Moves & Shows” under the “Plex section” which anybody that has a Plex account can view.
Other than that, Plex does not have anything to do with an individuals server that they put up so posting here is not going to get you an answer that you want. There is also a good chance that you have gotten that account banned since they broke the terms and services by selling access to their Plex server.
You need to contact the person that you purchased access to from and have them resolve it (if possible, again they might get banned now). The only possible course of action you have is depending on how you paid for the access, you can try to go through them to get your money back or if it is some kind of subscription cancel that.

Have not broke any law in Denmarc… It is not My profil i have got the profil because i Pay for it so i could see some movies he has on his plex so thats not a broken law👌
Unless the person you are paying has been given rights by the movie studios to share those movies and charge for it, they are illegally sharing those movies with you. They are also breaking Plex’s TOS. If you are paying for that, then you are paying for something illegal.
If you need to reach, them use whatever method you originally used to sign up with them. This is not something Plex can help you with.
