For some reason, every now and then, more often than not, files get stuck in the transcoder and can not be moved or deleted until either the computer reboots or some such thing takes place. Mostly a problem with the files we record off of the OTA antenna as a lot of them, as has been happening for years now, are corrupted and of no use, but can’t be deleted. Would be nice if the transcoder would release files when it is done or if, at least, there was a way to manually extract them from the transcoder so they could be deleted. The files in the images below have been locked in the transcoder now for over a day. This system does not reboot, runs 24/7, so they are a real problem.
