Plex Keeps Adding Giant Movie to Transcode FOlder

I have Plex Server running as a docker on Unraid, with transcode set to /tmp (in RAM), and I’m running into an issue I can’t diagnose. Throughout the day it will randomly dump a 22’ish gigabyte file named Output into the Transcode directory. It’s typically a seemingly random movie, and according to Tautulli that movie hasn’t been played in months, and hasn’t been synced. I can delete the movie, but it’ll be back in a day or two. The file never gets deleted, and I have to remove it manually.
