Permanently deleting old server

Server Version#:Version 1.41.0.9018
I am using Shield and factory reset yesterday and started with a new blank external hard drive. Created a new media server and added media no problem. My old server that is on my PC will not go away. I have followed numerous you tubes and the settings they show are somehow not an option for me??? I just want to make it go away forever! Thank you in advance for your help

Your Windows server has been seen ~20 minutes before by plex.tv. So it must be still running.
Make sure that:
the Plex icon in the task tray is gone. If it isn’t, either right-click on it and remove the check mark from “Auto start Plex server”, or uninstall Plex server completely from this machine.

If you already did the above, you can remove the authorization token from your Plex account here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms
But make sure to remove ONLY the Windows server, not the one on your Shield.

Thank you! I did this and when I reboot my PC and restart Plex it showed back up?

Isn’t the idea to get rid of Plex on the PC?
Of course it will show up again when you restart Plex on the PC.
