Deleting unwanted PLEX Media Server

Hello,

I have a PLEX Media Server running on my Laptop with PLEX Pass. Then, I purchased an Nvidia Shield Pro. My original account is now linked to the Shield Pro and it works like a charm. However, now I have my original server and the server on the Shield that was somehow created. This server shows up with an exclamation point next to it. I can’t seem to delete the unwanted server that was created on the Shield Pro. Nor, can I find it on the Plex Web app to delete it. Anyone experience this before and now how to get rid of it? It is really not a huge deal other than annoying me.

  1. If running, disable Plex Media Server on the Shield.
    See Enabling or Disabling Plex Media Server

  2. If listed, remove the server from Authorized Devices.

Since I can’t find it, I will try disabling it. I just hope I don’t lose access to the current linked server. Thanks for your response.
