I have 2 questions about Plex. If these questions are already answered, show me where to read.
Question 1, How can I add a TV broadcast from my IPTV provider to Plex.
Question 2, I have a tv box on android tv, can I not use a media server and still use the movie library that is on the internal drive of the tv box or the external drive of the tv box.

If the movies were purchased from a streaming service they most likely have Digital Rights Management (DRM) protection. Plex will not play such media.
Assuming they do not have DRM, you would need to make the movies available to the system running Plex Media Server.
You might be able to connect the external drive to the Plex Media Server and copy the media files to the Plex system (connect the drive to your PC, can you see the files?).
If the TV box has a way to share the files over the network, then the system running Plex Media Server might be able to access them.

On the first question I understood, I will understand.
On the second question, I have a medeoserver. It is deployed on Windows.
But the computer on which the media server is deployed cannot always be turned on.
Therefore, I want to transfer the libraries to an external drive and connect to the TV box.
