I have two libraries however for certain users Plex shows 8 or 4. I have two libraries TV Shows and Movies.
These users have probably still access permissions to an older server of yours.
See if you have older server instances in here and remove them: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms
(But do remove only older, unused servers and not the one you are currently using!)
