Photo Library No Longer Displaying on 'Home Screen'

on the browser player, there is No Longer a way to edit the ‘home screen’ and More Importantly, my Photograph Library does NOT display. If I ‘reorder’ the home screen flashes for a split second as if a change is being made, but again, the Photo Lib does Not display.
I’ve un-pinned and pinned again, but still does Not show up on home screen.
Why is there no longer General Management of the ‘Home Screen’
And why doesn’t Photo Lib appear?
PMS is starting to Really Bug Me.
I’ll have Many issues with ‘fire tv’ app, but this is about web browser player, specifically ‘google chrome’ (one of the worst apps available).

Just Noticed: If I go to ‘More’ at bottom of left navigation pane (‘pinned’ libraries), then click on my Plex Server (top of ‘more’ pane) the Photograph Library is visible in right pane. When I click the ‘< Pinned’ item above Server Name (to return to ‘home screen’), Again No Photograph Library.
