Photo playlists do not continue automatically on Android App

Hello community,

I have been trying to automatically resume photo playlists on Android for a long time. Whether in normal playback mode or in random mode. Only the first picture of a playlist is displayed. Only when I swipe across the screen do I get to the next picture. It works perfectly with the LG TV app. I use different Android tablets with Android 13 or Android 14 and always the latest version of the Plex app. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
