I’ve noticed that my photo albums are not being displayed properly on the Plex app for iPhone. For some reason the directory structure seems to be mixed up. Rather than just seeing the top level directory’s (in my case the year the photos were taken) I see a mix of the top level directories and directory’s within them? However this does not happen on my ipad or on my Samsung TV. I guess this means it’s not the library (although I have tried rescanning to no avail) and have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I note that my daughters iPhone has the same issue as mine (hers is an iPhone 6s mine is an x). Hope this makes sense and there’s an easy fix. All the best
It’s the same on my android phone. Must be a bug in one of the later app upgrades.
