Hi everyone,
Previously I could organise my photos by folder, whether it was on the Plex server or android phone. But now, I cannot. The only options I have are Timeline and Albums. On Iphones its fine. It is all organised and easy to locate everything, you can organise into folders.
Plex Media Server:
Plex: Version 3.32.2
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
CPU: Intel i5-7600K
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Motherboard: Z270 PC MATE
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same here, I just opened the same topic not realizing you already did it, too.
I don’t know what happened and it’s pretty annoying since all the photos and folders are now showing up on the same “level”.
Are you sure your phone app works with the folder view? Do you have the newest version? Because in my case it’s the same problem there but I am also using iOS?
I’m running the Plex server on a MacMini with High Sierra.
Hope somebody knows whats going on…
Advice please, I’ve arranged my folders with a Photo’s General then Locations (Morley Leeds Beeston folders etc), Transport (Waterways Trains folder etc),. So if I have a picture in Transport/Trains for Morley Top how do I put a link in so that appears in Location/Morley as well.

In regards to the android phone, I downloaded an old .apk plex update file from July 2017. That fixed the issue on my phone. However, you can download a newer one than that.
