Photos don't display filenames in album view on iPad

I am new to Plex. I have installed the Media Server on my Windows 10 computer and I have a few thousand folders and 65000+ digital images and videos (MP4, MOV, etc.) spread over 2 internal hard drives and 1 USB-attached Drobo unit.

I have created a Photo-type Library that includes folder pointers to my 2 internal drives and Drobo.

On my iPad, when I use album view (rather than photo view) and I navigate to a folder that has both JPGs and MP4s, the photos do not display their filenames, instead it displays the date I scanned or took the photo.

The MP4 files do display their filenames as expected.

I have two questions:

  1. Is there a way to display the filename of the photo in album view?
  2. Is there a way to display the file extension in album view?
