Although I have added media to my Photos area of my NAS and pointed the Plex library at it, all I am getting is an ‘Empty Folder’ page when I go onto it (any Plex player). Movies, TV shows and everything else is showing up as expected, except for my photos. Should I make a new library?

At least on Plex Web, I think Plex defaults to the “Recommendations” tab, which I don’t think really applies to photos. If that’s the case, just click on the “Library” tab:

Thank you. Unfortunately, I am getting the error ‘There was an error signing in’ when I try and log into the website on Firefox for Mac. Should I usually use a different browser?
I don’t have a Mac, but I use Firefox on Linux and Windows regularly with no problem. You’ll have to try a different browser, or troubleshoot Firefox. Try clearing the browser cache.
