I also can’t access my library when using my pin. I have changed it and tried logging in again and it refuses that pin too.
Can’t access through users either. Must use other clients. I think the web player is broken at the moment…
I just want to add some stuff to the plex library but I gotta get access in order to do that
Just posted about this same issue. I thought it was my PIN at first. Removed my PIN and realized it still wasn’t allowing me in! Tried Google Chrome, IE and Edge with the same results. Tried the Plex app on my phone and it works just fine. Seems like something is down for sure.
I clicked on the plex icon down in my task bar and told it to take me to the library where it said my credentials had expired and it had me log in again. I did so and it let me into my library. I tried bringing up in another browser the library at the same time to get in using the normal method where you get the screen with the pin and it still wouldn’t let me in like that. It seems that screen is malfunctioning or something.

I’m able to access if I do it direct via local ip, might be able to use that to add content until they fix it.

Yeah its just very annoying. They have to know of this current problem.
I updated my Plex on my host computer and now I can PIN login from the host only. However I still cannot access from my laptop (non-host) via the internet. ROKU works fine.
Okay so is not just me… this is something broken with the new update or something?

I got in and now Plex is down again. Oh well I tried
I am having the same problem.
Added a note here that I am also unable to use my PIN to login today.
Same issue, just tried resetting my pin, no luck.
I have the same issue.
The application part of plex.tv went down, as shown by the graph in above page. Trying to get more information as we speak (though it is night time in USA so). Hopefully a note will be released in said page stating what happened.
In my case I can login with my pin using Chrome, but pin does not work on Firefox. Could this be an issue with the latest update to plexweb?
Chrome works.
Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari (iOS) do not.
