Keeps asking for PIN when accessing via web / Roku

Plex was working fine before but after an extended internet outage, my Plex server is now requiring a PIN whenever accessing via the web or Roku client. For example, I’ll enter the PIN and then if I refresh the web browser, it’ll ask for the PIN again. I’m on the latest Plex server version (just updated yesterday) in hopes of fixing it but it still happens. Any ideas? Thanks

There should be a checkbox under settings to autologin or remember user.

If you don’t have ‘managed users’ and are not using the features of Plex Home, you should remove the PIN on your plex tv account: https://plex.tv/users/edit
It is useless without Plex Home.

Ok so I removed the PIN but the “Select User” screen still comes up when I access Plex via web or Roku client. Then I’m forced to choose myself and it goes through (not asking for PIN anymore). It seems to be confused or doesn’t know what user to use?

Might be a caching issue still. Try ‘signing out’ those clients and back in to your account (preferably after rebooting them)
