PIN on Roku

Hi all,

This question was asked 5 years ago (now closed), but my sister has just bought a Roku Ultra (US thanksgiving) having used an LG smart TV (which was rubbish as TiVo were very slow with updates - still wasn’t UNO for example) and her MacBook Air.

She has noticed that it is very obvious what PIN us being typed in on the Roku.

In the (now closed post), one answer was “don’t let the kids be in the room”. My sister does have her kids account set up with no PIN, but she uses her account for some kids TV where she wants to be present as well.

Is there anyway to get round the Roku effectively showing the PIN as it is being typed in?
