Implement Picture in Picture mode in Plex players

Hi, I use plex everyday, the players are great but it’s complicated to work and watch a movie in the same time if you have only one screen, it’s why it could be awesome if you could add the “Picture in Picture” support on Android, Plex Media Player (on Windows 10) and even Plex Web with the Picture in Picture API.
