so this is one of the weirdest issues I’ve ever had 
in many movies and TV shows (such dune 2020, mandalorian etc) when the background is bright (ie desserts) i get weird pixelated backgrounds (See attached example) from dune:
im using plex in the appletv connected to a projector
this only happens with the projector as i have other appletv’s connected to 2 other LCD TVS and this dosent happen there (also dosent happen on my PC)
Also: using VLC on the same appletv connected to a projector results in a perfect image so it must be something related to plex
any clue what this phenomena is (or called) and why its happening?
