Pixelation with Plex but not others

Run WinTV 85, nextPVR, and now Plex. Only PLEX shows random pixelation. Tried using transcoder but then it locks up. Can’t remember the error message, but something about transcoder so I turned that feature off.

Added HDHomerun Quatro tuner. Removed Hauppage PCIe tuner. Using Quatro within just a couple of minutes Plex Player showed the same pixelation problem.

Running W10, GeForce 730 with 2GB ram, I7-980X processor.

Having the same issue. Although the pixelation only occurs on recordings.
Live TV is fine
