It could be nice to play video on multiple screens.
The first plex app/webapp who launch the media is the “master”, and any clients who join will get same video as the master (and if the master pause or rewind the video, that will apply to each clients too)
Btw, for me it’s primary to continue watching a movie when i leave the TV room to go to the kitchen or WC while it still playing on TV (and my gf still watching).
But you can expend that to play movie remotly with friend and add ability to chat with text who show on screen using transcode.
There is an existing request for a feature called ‘tandem playback.’
