Basically I have acquired the NAS and installed Plex around May 2020 and used it so far with same installation (removed once and installed again, while maintaining the play history), and the play history from May 2020 to middle September 2021 is not showing up.
Is there dedicated support to assist in this poriblem?
when you uninstall / reinstall, dependent on whether you delete all the local metadata or not, will determine how much history is there.
I don’t think Cloud Sync of watch history was available that far back so it does stand to reason that if you don’t have the data locally then it probably doesn’t exist.
If you still have a backup of the databases from back then, it is possible to pull in the watch history.
