Hi,
I’ve noticed recently an issue with Tautulli. The issue dealt with play history of items in my Plex library and is a bug which is being addressed by a developer of Tautulli, SwiftPanda. This led me to further investigation. During my investigation I noticed that my play history in Plex was not being retained. It’s only my play history however that isn’t being retained. Looked up some solutions which led me to repairing a corrupt DB. I have since tried this, but Plex refuses to retain history for items I’ve played. Below are a few screenshots illustrating my dilemma. I’d be appreciative of any suggestions the community / Plex devs may have to alleviate this issue.
