Play movie, don't finish. Come back to only sound and blank screen

After last update my plex server started acting a bit odd. I can play a movie/tv show 1 time. But if I stop and continue later. I can only get sound, video ls blank Doesn’t matter what codec. All is local w/o transcoding. Super odd behavior. Also if i stop the video and close plex player. It stays I’m still streaming it server side. I’ve tried on both my Linux plex player and Windows. Same result.

I have 1 Synology server that i host TV shows on. And the windows machine hosts movies. They’re both doing the same thing.

Anybody had issue like this before?
