Play next episode automatically forces subtitles on

And another bug is that once the episode starts the subtitles are on. The thing is if I press menu while playing and go to subtitle track it has none selected. I need to toggle subtitles on and then off again to turn them off.

yes i am seeing this too, it’s also in the latest public release.
i thought i was going crazy when i saw subtitles were on but the setting said they were off.
