Play next feature for a folder of cartoons

'm running PMS and the Plex client on a 2019 Shield. I have a folder containing 200 cartoons, separate from my main movies and TV folders. The Plex library for that folder is set to Movies, and Plex identifies the cartoons fine.

I cannot find a way to play the next file automatically, so I could watch 3 or 4 in a row without going back to the library list and manually selecting the next one.

Any easy way of doing this on the Shield?

Plex will only provide a post play screen to manually or automatically trigger the next item if it’s dealing with items in a queue. Plex won’t start a queue if you play a single movie – you could achieve that if you put them all in a playlist or collection.

Thanks, that seems to work. When I tried it, the main remaining issue is that the Playlist does not remember the last watched file if you stop the Playlist and watch something else.
