Playback always stopped at random time

Server Version#: Version 1.25.0.5246
Player Version#: Google chrome Web desktop

when i play the video, it stopped and showing buffer icon, when i checked the console i get this log
[TranscodeOutputStream] Delaying subtitle output to wait for video stream to catch up

i am using intelnuc11Pahi5 with Intel Iris XE graphic as PMS
