Playback buffers when streaming DV content with .mp4 extension

Player Version#: 8.16.0.24423

I can play other 4k content with dv and without dv just fine, but when I play 4k-dv content with .mp4 in extension playback buffers randomly.

Having the same issue on my shield TV, will play on web without issue even when being transcoded
